NJ Stallions Academy Sends 4 Teams to 2011 Super Y Playoffs!

At the end of a long Super Y League 2011 season, NJ Stallions Academy is proud to announce four (4) teams have qualified for the upcoming playoffs in Tampa, FLA later this year. The U13 Boys, U14 Boys, U16 Boys and U14 Girls squads all performed well during the course of Super Y League play, and will be heading to Tampa Florida in December to compete for the Super Y League Championship.

The U16 Boys, coached by Seton Hall Asst Coach, Kobie Johnson finished in 1st place in the Mid Atlantic Group with a record of 9-1-4. The U14 Boys, led by Head Coach, Julio Cesar finished in 3rd position in the Mid Atlantic Group with a record of 7-3-2 after a tight race with NJ State rivals TSF Academy and Parsippany SC. Director of Coaching, Marcello Fracchia, led the U13 Boys to a 6-2-4 record in a tightly contested division in their age group. On the girls side, NJ Stallions Academy U14 Girls, led by Head Coach, PJ Petrow, finished in 2nd place in their Mid-Atlantic Group with a record of 9-1-2 finishing behind the division winner, Brooklyn Knights.

Club President, Nino Lupi, and General Manager, Rich Gentile are extremely proud of all the teams. The coaches worked hard, and the players performed well. The club is looking forward to a competitive weekend in Florida, and hope to see more success when the teams compete for the Super Y title later this year.
